Use this form to submit class materials that will be made available to students for purchase from Print Services. Your materials will be added to the student online catalog as soon as possible.
These materials must be Openly Licensed or authored by you, the instructor, so that there is no copyright issue with printing them.
Students will be charged the cost of printing.
