The S.A.M. recognition program focuses on rewarding faculty and staff members who consistently embody the behaviors of an Outward Mindset at work. The award will be given to one faculty member and one staff member who are nominated and voted upon by their respective Associations three times per year. In order to nominate one of your peers, please complete the following form. Nominations must be submitted respectively by November 1st, February 1st, and April 1st.
