HVAC Service Technician Program Application

Program begins in the Spring 2027 term - Now accepting applications
Completion of this form is required to confirm that applicants meet the prerequisite qualifications for admission into Yavapai College’s HVAC Service Technician Program. This process ensures students are prepared for advanced, high-skill instruction and hands-on training.

Minimum Program Qualifications
- You must be a Yavapai College student & have a Student ID (Y#) to apply
- You have your current EPA Section 608 Certification
- You must have either successfully completed an HVAC training program (certificate/transcript required) OR
- You have one (1) year of HVAC industry experience (*Employment Verification Form required)
Applicants must upload supporting documentation to verify eligibility. Program administrators will review submissions and follow up with applicants regarding their application status.
*Employment Verification Form – Required only for applicants qualifying through a minimum of one (1) year of HVAC industry experience. Applicants must download the form and have it completed by their employer. The completed form must then be uploaded as part of the application submission.
