The name of the software you would like installed
Software Location*
Provide the location of the software to be installed, either a web link or a YC network share location
Special Installation Instructions
Provide any special instructions for the installation, such as custom configuration instructions, plugins which are required, specific versions which are needed, etc.
Request submission deadline dates are as follows:

Fall Semester: April 1st

Spring Semester: October 1st

Summer Semester: March 1st

Software installation requests submitted after the semester deadline will not be completed in time for the start of that semester.
